Brian helped me sell my house this year when I moved to my fianc�'s house. I'd been thinking about it for a while and it took me a long time to decide to sell, and Brian was great from the beginning -- giving me information and staying available without ever pressuring me. When I finally made the decision, Brian jumped into action and was totally committed to helping me through the process. He was always available for everything that came up -- answering my questions, attending showings, dealing with the buyer -- and was respectful of my time and schedule. He explained everything thoroughly and always listened to me. He really knows and loves Los Angeles, and I feel like he enjoys helping people find the right home. Brian initially helped us purchase this property in early 2012. He is extremely knowledgeable about the L A market and was very helpful in providing contacts with all the various entities required in purchasing a property, especially since we were out-of-state buyers. While he was excellent at all of the technical requirements for purchasing a property, the most important factors for us were his friendliness and caring approach to working with us. We didn't come away feeling like we were just another number. When we were obliged to sell the property this Fall, it wasn't a tough decision to go straight back to Brian to list the house. And, once again, he was great to work with and brought the same energy and expertise to the sale process as he had exhibited during the purchase. We consult and list with Brian each time our house is available for lease. Since we don't live in the area, his expertise is invaluable and he takes care of many issues beyond just listing our property, including necessary cleaning, repairs and improvements. This time, Brian extensively discussed the rental and sales markets for the area in general and for our house in particular and guided us in our decision to lease instead of sell because of the future potential appreciation of our property. Needless to say, Brian received considerably less in leasing commission instead of sales commission.
